Terms of Service

Who we are
Space Cactus Studios LLC makes MAY I? and MAY I? POKER. These terms are the rules for playing our games, using an account and buying in them. Questions? Write to support@spacecactusstudios.com.
Your account
You need an account to play online, to keep your game on more than one device and to use the Shop on our server. Give a real email you can open, keep your password to yourself, and make only one account for yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
13 and older
You must be 13 or older to make an account, and when you make one you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we close it and delete its information.
Play fair: no cheating
Don't cheat. That means no hacking or changing the games or their saves, no bots or tools that play for you, no using bugs to get tickets, items or wins, no faking game results, and no sharing or selling accounts. If you cheat, we can take away tickets and items, suspend your account or ban it for good, without a refund. Found a bug? Tell us at the email above, and thank you.
Be kind
Play nicely with others. Online, you talk with ready-made phrases and emotes. Don't use names that are rude, hateful or pretend to be someone else; we can change them or close the account.
Tickets and items
Silver and gold tickets and everything in the Shop are a license to use them in our games. They have no money value, can't be cashed out, sold or traded, and work in our games only. One ticket wallet works in both MAY I? and MAY I? POKER. Things you buy are yours to use as long as your account is in good standing and the games run.
Buying
Purchases are final once the tickets are in your account, except where the law says otherwise or the store you paid through gives a refund. We email a receipt to your account's email. Parents: you can turn off purchases on your child's device in its store settings.
Changes and keeping things running
We work hard to keep the games running, but we can't promise they'll never be down, and we may change, add or remove features, items and prices. When these terms change in a way that matters, we'll ask you to accept the new ones in the game.
The legal part
The games are given as they are. As far as the law allows, Space Cactus Studios LLC isn't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. These terms follow the laws of the United States and the state where Space Cactus Studios LLC is registered. You can stop using the games and delete your account at any time.
