Privacy Policy

• Your account: your email, the name you play with, and your password (stored only as a scrambled hash we can't read).
• Your game: your progress and saves, settings (like your language), your tickets, the items you own and your purchases.
• Online play: the rooms you join, the ready-made phrases and emotes you send, and short technical logs that help us fix connection problems.
• Your device: a random id the game makes for this install, and the game's version.
• News: whether you ticked the box to get news and offers (it's never ticked for you).

To run the games and your account, keep your game on all your devices, run the Shop and stop cheating, send you the emails the account needs (a welcome, password codes and receipts), and, only if you ticked the box, news and offers. We don't sell your information, and there are no ads that follow you.

We use a few services to run things: Supabase (our game server and database), Netlify (this website), Zoho ZeptoMail (sending emails) and, when you buy, the store or payment company you pay through. They handle your information only to do that work for us.

Accounts are for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we delete it. A parent who thinks their child made an account can write to the email below and we'll delete it.

We keep your information while your account is open. To delete your account and everything in it, write to support@spacecactusstudios.com from the account's email; we'll delete it within 30 days. Receipts we must keep by law are kept as long as the law says.

You can see, correct or delete your information, turn news off in the game's Settings, and play without an account (your game then stays on your device only).

Passwords are stored as hashes, connections are encrypted, and only our own server functions can read your account's data.
